NSW Lending ($Million)
In July, NSW, unlike other states, recorded a rise in lending to both owner occupiers and investors.
Investor Ratio of Total New Lending
The ratio of investors remained essentially flat in NSW, and still near record lows of last year.
Lending for Alterations, Additions and Repairs
Lending for renovations is still over 100% up compared to last year.
